BEFORE YOU START

Have these six things ready.
A smooth submission starts before you open the portal. Keep the final master, cover artwork, metadata, rights information and any AI declaration ready.
STEP TWO
Prepare the Artwork
Use a clean square cover that represents the release and is original or properly licensed.
STEP THREE
Complete Metadata
Enter artist, title, contributors, genre, language, copyright, release date and identifiers accurately.
STEP FOUR
Confirm Rights
Make sure you control the necessary rights for the master, composition, artwork, samples, voices and other material.
STEP FIVE
Declare AI Use
If AI materially assisted the music or artwork, declare it during submission and keep the relevant rights information ready.
STEP SIX
Submit for Review
Submit the completed release through the portal. The release then moves through review before delivery.

WAV / FLACLossless audio preferred
- Preferred: WAV or FLAC, lossless
- Recommended: 44.1 kHz, 24-bit stereo master
- Use: Final mastered source, not a preview mix
- Avoid: Clipping, distortion, damaged files, excessive silence or low-quality conversions
COVER ARTWORK

- Preferred: 3000 × 3000 pixels, 1:1
- Format: JPEG or PNG, RGB
- Design: Clear, professional, relevant and readable
- Avoid: Blurry art, misleading text, unauthorized logos or third-party images without permission
AI-GENERATED ARTWORK
AI Artwork Can Be Submitted — With Disclosure & Rights.
AI-generated or AI-assisted artwork may be approved when it is commercially usable, does not infringe third-party rights and meets applicable destination requirements.

What You Need to Confirm
- You own or have licensed the master recording.
- You have the necessary composition/publishing permissions.
- Samples and third-party recordings are cleared.
- Artwork and photos are owned or properly licensed.
- Contributor information is accurate.
- You are not knowingly using artificial or fraudulent streaming.
If AI Was Used, Tell Us.
Declare material AI involvement in vocals, lyrics, melody, instrumental production or artwork when applicable.

Your release is checked for completeness and delivery readiness, then submitted to selected destinations.

Important:Delivery and go-live timing is not guaranteed because each DSP controls its own ingestion and review. Requirements can change, and a release may be delayed, rejected or restricted if rights, metadata, artwork or content requirements are not satisfied.
