A clean submission helps avoid preventable delays.
✓Final master audioUse the final approved master rather than an unfinished working file.
✓Professional artworkUse relevant, readable artwork that you own or have permission to use.
✓Complete metadataArtist, title, contributors, genre, language and copyright information should match.
✓IdentifiersProvide ISRC, UPC/EAN or other identifiers when applicable.

Metadata Should Tell One Clear Story.
Artist names, release titles, contributor roles, copyright lines, language, genre, artwork and identifiers should be accurate and consistent across the submission. Contradictory or incomplete information can slow review or cause platform delivery issues.
