These terms govern access to Biswas Music Entertainment services, music distribution workflows, account use, content submissions, reporting, payments and related digital services.
By creating an account, submitting content, purchasing a service, or using any Biswas Music Entertainment website, portal or distribution service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the applicable service.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering or submitting a release. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Biswas Music Entertainment may request identity, ownership, payment, tax, copyright or business information when reasonably required for account review, fraud prevention, rights administration or distribution operations.
Artist and Label portal access may be subject to administrator review and approval. Approval does not guarantee acceptance of every release or continued eligibility for every service.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where there is suspected fraud, abuse, copyright infringement, materially false information, security risk, payment default or violation of these terms.
You must own or control, or have obtained all necessary permissions for, the master recording, composition, lyrics, artwork, artist name, likeness, trademarks and other material you submit.
You authorize Biswas Music Entertainment to reproduce, encode, transmit, distribute, monetize and otherwise process submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested distribution and related services.
You remain responsible for the legality and rights clearance of your content. Content may be rejected, withheld, removed, demonetized or taken down where a rights conflict, infringement claim, platform policy issue or other legitimate compliance concern arises.
Where appropriate, we may request supporting documentation before restoring or continuing delivery of disputed content.
Release information must be accurate and comply with applicable platform requirements. Delivery timing, acceptance, placement, availability and store functionality are controlled in part by third-party digital service providers and are not guaranteed by Biswas Music Entertainment.
We may correct or request correction of metadata where reasonably necessary for delivery, rights management, technical compatibility or platform compliance.
Royalty and usage information is based on reports received from applicable platforms, partners and distribution systems. Reporting may be delayed, adjusted, corrected or subject to later statements.
Payout eligibility, minimum thresholds, payment methods, processing times, verification requirements and applicable deductions may vary by service and account. A displayed balance is not necessarily an immediately withdrawable balance until the relevant reporting and payment conditions are satisfied.
Applicable service fees and plan terms are shown at the time of purchase or enrollment. Unless a specific written refund policy applies, fees for services already initiated, processed or delivered may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any promotional pricing, support level or feature availability is subject to the terms displayed for the relevant plan.
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraudulent streaming, artificial engagement, impersonation, unauthorized content, misleading metadata, copyright abuse, malicious files, account sharing intended to bypass restrictions, or any activity that could materially harm platforms, rights holders or other users.
Distribution may involve DSPs, social platforms, video services, payment providers, analytics providers, hosting providers and other third parties. Their own terms, policies, review processes and availability may apply independently.
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free processing or continuous availability. Maintenance, technical failures, platform outages, security events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect service availability.
We may update features, workflows, supported destinations and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biswas Music Entertainment is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or third-party losses arising from platform decisions, distribution delays, takedowns, reporting delays, unauthorized account access caused by compromised credentials, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You agree to defend and indemnify Biswas Music Entertainment against reasonable claims, losses, liabilities and costs arising from your submitted content, rights violations, unlawful activity, materially false information or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Either party may discontinue the applicable service subject to outstanding obligations and any applicable service-specific terms. Termination does not automatically erase historical transaction, reporting, legal or compliance records that we are required or reasonably entitled to retain.
Questions concerning distribution, copyright, account access, payments or these terms should be submitted through the official Biswas Music Entertainment support/contact channels. We may request sufficient information to verify the account before discussing confidential account matters.
